Q. Will I be charged duties?

A. Invoices with a value or $100 USD or more, are eligible to be charged custom duties 

Q.How will I know my charges?

A. You will be notified via email or you can login to your account and view your balance 

Q. Which days do you ship?

A. We have a flight two (2) or three (3) times per week. 

Q. Do you deliver outside of St. Catherine?

A. We use Knutsford Express and Zipmail to deliver across the island. Pick a delivery option when arranging your order on our website, and we'll get to you wherever you are. 

Q. Where is my package?

A. Please contact us via phone, live chat, or e-mail, and one of our representatives will look into the matter for you. To submit your inquiry, you'll need your Open Mail Shipping mailbox number and tracking number.

Q. What do I need to collect my package?

A. All you need is a valid ID to receive your packages. 

Q. What methods of payments are accepted at pick up?

A.We accept cash and all major debit/cards. 

Q. Can Open Mail Shipping make purchases on my behalf?

A.  Yes! For only 5% of the total value of the item purchase we will help with your online shopping. Give us a call for more details. 

Q. What are our opening hours?

A. We are open Monday to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. 

Q. How do I know my package is ready for pick up?

A. A notification and a status update will be sent via email; you can also login to your account to check the status.
